- Is there a free tier?
- Yes. Our sandbox is free and unlimited — every product returns realistic mock responses so you can build and test end-to-end without funding a wallet.
- Can I get invoiced instead of prepaid?
- Post-paid invoicing is available on enterprise plans with an agreed monthly commitment. For everyone else, wallets are prepaid — same as the rest of the Karrabo product family.
- Do failed verifications cost money?
- No. You are only billed on successful outcomes. If NIBSS returns 'not found' or a provider errors, your wallet is not debited.
- What happens if my wallet runs out?
- New verification requests fail with `insufficient_funds` until you top up. You'll receive an email alert when your balance hits 20% and again at 5%, so you have room to react.
